My training is in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), with a focus on anxiety and trauma.
My approach to therapy is largely as a result of diverse life experiences. It is these life experiences that have influenced me to finding ways of helping people, using methods I have learned from my own personal journey to robust mental health.
